My gift to you

I have created an approach for whenever you don’t feel as good or positive as you think you could be, where you can use this alphabet to change your emotion. Think of the object, the person, the situation or anything that troubles you. Look at the first letter of the either the word or the emotion of what concerns you then locate that word on the list below and “replace” it  with whatever word that is on that line. You may choose one or more of the words to help you ease the situation. These words are  chosen specifically and for a purpose.

For example; you may think of the person as lunatic, it starts with ‘L’; you replace it with ‘LOVE’. You may think of the person’s name in the same manner, as well. Another example is, let’s say something about ‘MONEY’ bothers you, it starts with ‘M’, go down the list and replace it with say ‘MAGIC’ or ‘MASTERY’.

However if the word that bothers you is already on the list, choose a different word to cheer you up. For example you might think of being or feeling ‘responsible’, that word is already in there. Your options are: a) if you have already committed to that responsibility, either ‘take responsibility’ for it or b) ‘release’ it, either the feeling or the agreement.

Every time you look into this list, a new Power Word will capture your attention and will show you a new meaning into a different direction.

When we consciously choose the subject of our thoughts, we empower ourselves.
